We keep things simple and transparent. Here is everything you need to know about cancelling your subscription or requesting a refund.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your TalkDrill subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • You will retain access to all paid features until your current period expires
  • After expiration, your account will revert to the Free plan
  • Your conversation history, progress data, and reports will be preserved

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription through any of these methods:

  • In-app: Go to Dashboard > Subscription > Manage Subscription > Cancel
  • Website: Log in at talkdrill.com, navigate to Settings > Subscription > Cancel
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to support@talkdrill.com with your registered email
  • Cancellation takes effect immediately — no further charges will be applied

Free Trial Cancellation

TalkDrill offers free trials on select plans. Regarding trial cancellations:

  • You may cancel during the trial period at no cost
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will auto-renew at the standard plan rate
  • A reminder will be sent before your trial period expires
  • Trial benefits end immediately upon cancellation

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with TalkDrill. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Subscription charges are non-refundable once the billing period has started
  • If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact support within 7 days for a prorated refund
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges will be fully refunded upon verification
  • Refunds for annual plans are prorated based on the unused portion, minus a processing fee
  • Coin purchases and one-time session purchases are non-refundable once used

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email support@talkdrill.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include your registered email address and reason for the refund
  • Attach any relevant screenshots if reporting a technical issue
  • Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

Payment Processing

All payments on TalkDrill are processed securely through Razorpay:

  • We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets
  • All transactions are encrypted and PCI DSS compliant
  • TalkDrill does not store your full payment details — this is handled by Razorpay
  • For payment disputes, contact your bank or Razorpay support in addition to our team

Changes to This Policy

TalkDrill reserves the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
